I AM A CAT LOVER! I ALWAYS HAVE A CAT, SOMETIMES SEVERAL! Ok. I've said it. I've had a cat all my life, and I don't ever want to be without one, so recently I made an ALL CAT charm bracelet for myself. In doing so I had duplicates of some, and in the end really had way too many on my bracelet so I took a few off. Those are the charms you will find on this piece that I put together with 12 charming cats and kittens doing a variety of cat-like activities! Most are vintage; a couple are newer. The bracelet is 7" in wearable length, 3/8" wide, double-linked, with a slide in closure and heart plunger opener. It also has a side safety chain. It is hallmarked ELCO STERLING on the clasp. The charms are as follows: 1. a black and white enameled Siamese cat, hallmarked AE STER 2. a 3D cat curled around itself, sleeping, nicely detailed, hallmarked 925 but I've had it at least 20 years 3. This one is newer, a standing cat with turquoise inlay on the body, hallmarked but can't read it. 4. a 3D enamel bubble charm of a CAT PLAYING THE FIDDLE (from the nursery rhyme), hallmarked STERLING 5. a wonderful 3D sitting cat licking its paw, from a c. 1960 English charm bracelet, unhallmarked but acid tests for sterling 6. a smaller, but oh so finely detailed (just look at that adorable face) sitting cat, hallmarked SR 925 7. a 3D cat playing read more
