This vintage charm bracelet has a wonderful collection of sterling silver charms which includes five Cub Scout charms that are in very nice condition. The lovely bracelet itself is 7" long with sturdy links that are 6mm wide, marked stering on the clasp. The fine group of charms includes:
**The Scales of Justice, marked Sterling across the back. **The first Cub Scout Charm, rectangular shape with the Arrow of Light symbols on the front, marked Sterling on the back. The sterling marking on each of these Cub Scout Charms is raised lettering inside of a sunken rectangular shape. **The next charm is an actual Buffalo nickel carved out around the face, makes a very nice and different looking charm. **The next Cub Scout Charm has a raised animal face, looks like a lion, and raised letters that say Cub Scouts BSA and a tiny paw at the bottom, marked Sterling on the back. **The next charm is a chunky animal that I thought was a bear, but I think he has a tail so he may be a mountain lion. He's walking on all fours like he's prowling and is marked Sterling across the back. **The next Cub Scout Charm has a raised bear and raised Cub Scouts BSA lettering. **Next is a round charm with a green stone in the center of a star design. On the back it's engraved Happy Birthday 1st Grade 62-63. The ring is marked Sterling A&Z. **A Cub Scout Charm with a raised wolf and raised Cub Scouts BSA lettering, marked Sterling on the back. **A covered wagon, marked Ster on the bottom. **A Cub Scout Charm with a raised bobcat. This one has raised lettering that says Bobcat Cub Scouts BSA around the outside of the bobcat's face, marked Sterling on the back. **The last charm is a baseball player with his bat getting ready to hit. His ring says STG around the outside with other letters or symbols I can't read. Shipping is 5.00 priority box with confirmation or insurance, 3.80 1st class with confirmation, or 2.75 for a bubble envelope with confirmation. I prefer paypal or money orders, checks ok too. Jewelry in my auctions is almost all from estates so if you want brand new, please don't bid; I describe as best I can, but I'm not a jeweler or an expert. Most of my information comes from estate executors and/or family members. Many people believe that vintage jewelry is more beautiful than new, but will usually have some wear. I don't attempt to clean old jewelry, would rather leave that to the new owner because so many people prefer the vintage sterling look. I'll combine as many auctions as you like to save shipping cost for you!
