An Elgin American vintage sterling compact, about 2.25 by 3 inches, floral etchings with what looks like a gold overlay. A loose mirror original with the original powder pad with the Elgin American logo. Stamped Elgin American, made in USA and Sterling. Good condition with some scratches because used by its former owner. A period piece of cosmetic jewelry.
