This is a small and adorable turtle pin. It is marked GERMANY STERLING SILVER and has a maker's mark that looks to me like a large "C" then I think t are two letters inside the C like THor FH or something like that. They are kind of intertwined. I've look at a few German marks but wasn't able to find a match. The pin measures about 1 1/4 x 3/4 inch. It is decorated with brown and green enamel and marcasites around the edge of the shell. When I use a loupe I can see a few tiny spots of wear and one area that might be cracked but the enamel is still present. Please see my eBay store, Anneteex and Collectibles , for more great items.
