Has huge very well faceted pear shaped genuine white sapphire stone of very heavy carat weight of at least 25 cts. (Pardon, but my fan gage does not gage up to this large size to give precise cwt ,however, it's measurements should confirm it's at least 25 carats. Stone measures: 26.5 mm by 18.5 mm and aprox. 13 mm deep.) Stone is the best I've seen in quality of a white sapphire with superior luster: Clarity: flawless, white AAA color, very clean. Natural and unheated. Large #'s of facets. (Stone quality looks better than photos show). Pendant is beautifully custom made with beautiful detail. Has large bail soldered to it. Pendant measures: 1 3/4 inches tall, nearly 1 inch wide, and alittle over 1/2 inch deep Chain is a very old vintage tight strong woven rope design. Chain measures 18 1/8 inches long. Chain's body is 3 mm wide by 3 mm deep. It's heavy. Weighs 29 grams (alittle over 1 standard oz). In very excellent condition. Would make a beautiful gift.
