Vintage Sterling Silver 3D California, Capistrano Swallow Charm You are bidding on a Vintage Sterling Silver 3D Charm of a California Capistrano Swallow. This charm was on a charm bracelet made up of some really neat California charms, many of which were hallmarked. This vintage charm has a vintage patina to it and is unmarked (at least I could not find the mark) but I tested it and it is definitely STERLING. The swallow bird is carrying a sash in its mouth that reads Capistrano on the front . This Sterling Swallow bird charm measures approximately 15/16" long, by 3/4" wide, by 1/8 " deep. The photo above is a close-up picture of the charm from the front and back side so that you can see the finite details of the swallows wings, his forked tail feathers, and the ribbon in his beak. I do not polish the charms or bracelets, leaving that decision to the buyer. This is a lovely California charm with finite details that would bring back wonderful memories of those great iconic landmarks and history in California.
