This is a wonderful EXTRA LONG Sterling Silver Neck Chain with a swivel on the end...This chain can be used to hold a pendant watch, a lorgnette....and even a locket etc...This item was recently purchased from an estate.This item is REALLY Long! --if I measure all the way around the neck chain I get about 56 1/2"! If I measure from the end of the swivel to the opposite end of of of the loop (the part that would be behind your neck when you are wearing it,) I get about 28 1/2".The chain is a Rope Twist Design, and it is about 3.2mm in diameter.The inside of the Swivel is marked STERLING...see images.This neck chain weighs about 49.8 grams. This piece is in very good vintage condition...please enlarge images to get a closer look at this items condition...I can locate no areas of missing metal..no large dings/dents or deep scratches...it is really in Very Good Condition!
