Features: This is a very nice vintage (1945 up to 1965 c) heavy thick choker necklace for woman and could also be for man . Made of sterling silver. It's highly collectible .It's an earlier Italian made original of this type of design. It's very well made with impressive smith workmanship of an older heavier original San Marco design with a heavier feel to it. Well made. Has slide clasp which secures just fine. Also, has safety clips which also secures just fine . It's very heavy. Weighs: 71 grams . It was very well kept and in excellent condition . Fitting and Measurements: It's an ideal choker length of 16.4 inches (as in 16.4 inches long up to clasp's tongue) with main body of 2/3 inch . Hallmarks and Marks : "925 (sterling), "ITALY" (assayed in side oval cartouche, PRE-dating post 1966 cartouche of pointed side). Would make a nice gift.
