Sterling four piece coffee & tea set. Hallmarks on bottom Windsor & Plaque, Chile. In the directory of American Silver, Pewter & Silver Plate by Ralph & Terry Kovel . The name Windsor under Silver referred back to " The American Silver Co. " ( 1853-1899) Bristol, Conn. Merged with International Silver Co. I did not see the name Plaque in any other research hallmark books . On the bottom of all four pieces t is writing that is worn. On one I see, with the use of a magnifying glass is microns 999/1000?. I see The Hallmarks W & P. The Sterling Creamer weighs a little over a pound. Stands 6 1/4 inches high. It is etchings all over and stands on 4 legs. The Sterling Bowl has a lid and stands 6 3/4 inches at it's highest point. It weighs approx.1 pound. It stands on four legs and has two handles. One Sterling Pitcher stands 10 inches tall at it's highest point. It weighs approx. 2 pounds. The next Sterling Pitcher stands 9 3/4 inches tall. It weighs a little under 2 pounds. It stands on 4 legs and etchings all around as the others. All four pieces are in good shape. I do not see any dents, dings or scratches. I have not cleaned up these pieces other then with a clean cloth. T is some tarnish on all the pieces. You see on all the pieces insides, that these w used. Total wieght almost six pounds of Coffee & Tea Set.
