This auction is for a vintage Franz Swaty straight razor hone. This particular hone was made in Austria. The front shows writing that says "Franz Swaty, Wahring bei Wien (Austria)" This Austrian razor hone measures 5 1/4" in length 2 1/8" in width, and 1/2" in height. This piece appears to be in very good condition, considering I believe it has a fair amount of age to it. I tried to picture it from every angle. It is fully in tact except for some very minor scrapes on a couple of the corners. I think this little piece of history would be a wonderful addition to any collection.
