The item being offered today for your consideration is an awesome swag lite fromthe 1960's and possibly of the type Made in Spain. It has good wiring, lots of cord, good plug and is ready to swag over a sofa, next to a bed or transform into a ceiling fixture for a foyer or hallway, even a nice piece for a romantic bathroom space....Now to describe: Measures approx. 19 inches high from point w it would hang on a hook, to the bottom of the globe. It is approx. 14 inches wide from arm on one side to arm on the opposite side. This swag has a putti or angel or cupid as some call them that makes up the upper portion of the swag. Above the putti's head is a bobeche that holds 4 2.5" crystal prisms. Ending in the full length of this putti, we have another bobeche spacer and arms interspersed and each ending with more 2.5" crystal prisms. The under portion of the light is a round diamond design heavy glass ball that houses and covers the bulb. T is a chain that hangs out the hole at the bottom of the globe, which turns it off and on without the hassle of plug and unplug. All in excellent condition with no breaks in any of the glass portions and the brass toned sections still shiny and bright...T are 30 prisms in all and frankly at this price, it reflects the cost of the prisms alone if I were to sell them separately...and with just the high bid you get this in its entirety...now thats how to economize in these economic times...Treat yourself to something you really want this Christmas...bid now, bid fast, bid to own.
