We are delighted to offer this handsome vintage Swiss music box. This is a classic hardwood chest with an inlaid shield on the lid. It stands on four wood ball feet and I believe the box is veneered with Burlwood. Inside is a 36 note 2 song movement that plays nicely. The movement is marked: CUENDET SWITZERLAND The bottom of the box has an old paper label that reads: Pretty Blue Danube Brahm’s Lullaby The box itself is in Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks, there is some minor wear or “alligatoring” to the front panel.
