Vintage Sylvia Hobe Bandora Brooch Sterling 14K Asian Man It is 2 3/8 inches tall by 1 ½ inches wide and is in good condition except it is missing a piece shown by the red line in the last photo. Marked in the back “Hobe 1/20 th 14kt. On sterling. Design pat'd” Sylvia Hobe design from the 1940s it was meant to look like the Bandora (or Bandura) wood carvings of China. The figurine looks like it is made of some kind of resin or plastic. The leaves are 14K plated over sterling and the berries are plain sterling.
