Glorious Vintage Taxco Mexican Silver Brooch/Pendant Earring Set This is a wonderful eyecatching Taxco Mexican Silver set comprising a Brooch that also has an attachment to enable you to wear it as a pendant and a matching pair of clip on earrings. (See picture 5). I have no idea how old this set is as it is yet another piece inherited by me recently from my Grandmothers estate. I can remember it from years ago so I assume that the set carries some age to it. The brooch/pendant is oval in shape having a wonderful shiny domed centre encircled with a gold colour rim of twisted rope detail and surrounded on the outside with a circlet of silver balls. The earrings echo this theme with the exception of being round. The pieces are large and impressive and together look stunning. Both the brooch/pendant and the earrings have full markings on the back (see pictures 5 and 6). The brooch has a fully working roll clasp for safety. All in all a wonderfully impressive set.
