I live in Pittsburgh Steeler Country & while I am usually VERY proud of our team this year.. hmm.. not so much & I probably should keep this for myself but it isn't the referees making bad calls it's us making bad plays. You can tear this referee doll totally apart.. he even comes with a flag & a whistle Made in 1989 (I believe) by the Blue Ridge company . Used but very good condition, couple marks & in original box PLEASE NOTE : I bought this at an estate sale & I believe the owners were smokers so bid accordingly . ___ __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________. DESCRIPTION ALL OF MY ITEMS COME FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME, unless otherwise noted. I do buy a lot of yard sale clean out & sotrage auctions & don't know if a person was a smoker or not. If I 'think' they might have been, I always include that disclaimer in my auction !! I do however have a dog, who sheds & who loves to help me with Ebay I do my best to describe each item to t he best of my ability . Most items are used unless otherwise noted. Item descriptions are often subjective so words such as excellent, good, fair, etc. have different meanings for different people. also' fully functional' can have several meanings. I will indicate MY interpretation of function in my description, so please, READ the entire description & if you are unsure of a description or something in my auction ask any questions before bidding . PAYMENT: I expect Pay Pal payment within 3 days of auction end. Ebay automatically opens up an unpaid item case on the 4th day after the auction ends. If you have a problem paying by then, please let me know so that I can turn off the unpaid item case manually. SHIPPING & HANDLING There is only a small ($1.50 or less) handling fee on most of my items, no overpriced shipping costs. Please check calculator for shipping costs. I always offer priority shipping as I find that it is handled better at the post office & it is insured for your added protection, but I will also include parcel post or first class if possible. Please check the calculator to see what is offered. If you don't see the options & would like your item shipped another way, please contact me to see if it is possible. Please don't ask me to ship non media items via media postage. It is against the law. USPS prices vary according to where you live.. I have no control over that. If there is any problem with your item once you receive it , please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback .. Returns are accepted within 14 days of auction end but only if I grossly misrepresent an item & item must be returned in same condition as item was sent. Buyer pays return shipping & there is a 10% re-stocking fee .
