For auction, a vintage wooden cottage house music box by Thorens. It measures 14" wide x 8.5" tall x 4" deep. Weight: 1lb, 13 oz. It depicts an old cottage, complete with clock, crib, slippers, brick oven, shutters, windows (with a view), water pump, chopping block, fiddle, and a wired overhead light, among other details. A music box is housed on the bottom with original Thorens label that reads "O mein Papa." Winds and plays well. There is wiring that runs in the back and I am assuming to the overhead bulb. I don't know if the light works. Been sitting on a shelf in my father's workshop for about 30 years. There are a few pieces that are not attached- they are pictured and included. No reserve.
