Pretty cool American Airlines Boeing 707 made by Yonezawa and also has the AHI logo. The model displays beautifully but alas, none of the battery functions will work. At one time this piece did all the things the big AAL DC-7 I have listed does. There is no rust and the battery boxes are very clean and since this is such an interesting and hard to find piece, I was content to let her sit on display in peace. This is a big toy plane - 23" long with a 21" wingspan. All the cowlings are present and the only things missing are the white plastic HF antenna at the top of the rudder. That seems to be the first thing to go South on any 707. There is also a covering missing from bottom front of the motor for the plane to gear meshing point ?? Little darn thing - does not detract from display and could be easily fashioned by one of the toy parts guys. In 30 years of collecting I have never seen another one of these toys so I really don't know what I'm talking about. Bottom line, this is an hellaciously great display piece but it will probably never taxi around your office floor. Everything I am selling is out of my private collection and I guarantee every piece that I sell. If there are any problems, we will work them out to our mutual satisfaction. My starting prices are generally the price I paid for these pieces back in the mid 80's. If read more
