This is a really nice tin litho marx house from the 50's. There are 19 pieces of original furniture. It is the perfect amount for this house.It measures 22.5"x12.5"It does have a couple rust spots, but not all the way through on the porch and in one of the rooms, please see all photos carefully. In great shape for it's age.
