Vintage tin steam operated machinery toy it has a table saw and a grinder and a steam driven wheel that drives them the wheel being made of cast iron, I know nothing about this piece so you are buying it "as is" and it will probably work, the tin base it's on measures about 10 by 12 in. and I do see whats left of a small tag on one end all I can make oue is LESCO, all of the things seem to turn and there is a little gadget next to the wheel that sping with two balls on it and a lever on the back of the burner with a bakelite handle on it, I think it probably had a small chimmney on the end of the burner I don't have it but I'm sure one could be made or gotten with no problem, if you collect early steam opperated toys it's a nice one and is guaranteed old
