LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Jacksonville Florida .This antique TOLEDO "NO SPRINGS, HONEST WEIGHT" counting scale was used as a parts counting scale. According to the "Handbook of old Weighing Instruments" published by the International Society of Antique Scale Collectors it was manufactured in the mid-1930s to the 1940s. The value of it will only go up, as the TOLEDO SCALE COMPANY was established in ca. 1902 and is still one of the major scale companies around. Model 4652 EE. Serial # 875583.
