A wonderful beechwood, interchangeable sole, patternmakers plane. Fitted with a scroll top wedge and complete with four soles and blade irons, details as follows: Flat sole, 9.7/16" in length with a 1.3/4" I.SORBY blade (fiited to the stock in the photo) Shallow round sole, 9.1/4" in length, stamped 'IR', 'F.SOLLITT' & 'AJM' with a 1.3/4" I.SORBY blade Round sole, 9" in length with a BURY & CO 1.3/4" blade Hollow sole, 9.1/16" in length with a BURY & CO 1.13/16" blade The stock is 7.1/2 inches long by 2.1/4" wide and stamped 'F.SOLLITT' & 'AJM'. No obvious makers mark so I'm asuming that this is a craftsman made example. In lovely condition throughout - please see photo PayPal only please.
