This is a Vintage Etching titled, "Toulouse Street Court, Old New Orleans" Signed by Listed Artist Eugene E. Loving (1908-1971).It is pencil signed, titled and in an edition of 100. This nicely detailed etching is in good condition with mild matburn. It is not laid down. It has a matted print view. The mat is slightly discolored. The black wooden frame has some dings and scratches with one heavy impact on the right top side. It is behind glass.The plate marks measure 6.5" x 7.75". The frame measures 12.25" x 14.75". Sorry for any glare of reflections on the glass.The picture of the complete framed etching best reflects the actual colors of the piece.
