Vintage Travler AM AC/battery portable tube radio Model 5022I am selling off my collection of tube radios. Most have been serviced and were working when placed in storage. I will be pulling them out of storage, taking pics, and testing them.This is a excellent Travler portable AM radio that was previously serviced. This is one of the nicest housings I've seen on these radios. Front plastic panel has minor scuffs and some small stress cracks around one of the screws. No battery corrosion inside. Tested on AC and battery, both working. Picks up all local stations. Uses two D-cells plus a 67 1/2 v battery. The bigger battery is no longer available but replacements are periodically sold on ebay, or you can build your own from 9v batteries. Overall a very nice example of this radio.Radio will be carefully packed. No returns, but if you have an issue contact me. Payment expected within three days. Only US sales.
