It has great patina and I could shine this, but many folks want really old sterling pieces as found to show the patina. I am not certain as to the gemstone. It could be a really old pure turquoise, or perhaps an opal, (1/4" diameter) but it IS a gemstone, no doubt about that. This comes with free shipping & tracking and will come in a gift box.
