For those of you who were wondering, my better half, the pocket knife expert, had some health problems and we've moved to a single floor apartment and he's now looking over my shoulder and making sure that the information is correct. Returns are accepted, however, return shipping costs are not covered. ABOUT OUR CURRENT FEEDBACK- JULY 2010 my husband fell very ill in the summer of 2009. It seemed that his system got hit all at once. Instead of giving eBay a rest, I tried to list items, and could not "multitask" my way through. Some customers got quite cross ( and they had a right!) they were right and I was wrong. So, our feedback, which floated between 98% and 100% since 1998, took a big hit. I am thrilled that that he has his health back, and sitting beside me as I write descriptions on pocket knives, helping me rate and price, and our shipping time will be on time again.
