Both decks are still wrapped and both have U. S. Internal Revenue stamps. The glue holding on the Congress label on the outside of box has given up but you will find it inside the box. Buyer pays $4.95 S&H in CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY. International Winning bidder will pay $12.95 International Priority Flat Rate Envelope. Sorry! But due to the extremely long waiting time involved, and NO tracking we will not use surface mail. International shipping cost are for shipping and handling cost only.
