This is an ultra rare and absolutely gorgeous early 1900's vintage pink rainbow opal foil glass bead necklace. The necklace measures 26 inches wearable length and closes with a large Sterling silver clasp. This necklace has been recently re-strung and therefore has no stretching and is ready for many many years of wear. The beads on this necklace are large measuring 22mmx16mm (.9 in x .8 in) at the largest and the smallest measures 8.5mm at the clasp. The colors on this necklace are quite vibrant and spectacular with a creamy pink background with florescent pink and silver foil with rainbow overtones throughout. The necklace is in overall good vintage condition with 4 beads having minor chips to them that are only visible under close inspection and do not detract at all from the beauty of the piece. I have taken picture of the damage on the beads (last 4 photos) but as you can see the damage is hard to detect and therefore hard to photograph.
