Vintage Vera Turquoise and Brown Paisley Blouse - sz 12Vera Neumann and her husband George began silk screening placemats in their New York City apartment in 1946. They began selling to B. Altman department store and the business was an immediate success. She soon expanded her line to include home accessories and clothing. She signed each of her creations with only her first name. Her beautiful and colorful prints are as timeless and sought after today as they were then. This is a lovely blouse in bright turquoise with shades of brown in a paisley pattern. Button down front with long sleeves and slits on each side, it can be worn in or out. 'Vera' signature in the print on the front right bottom.Length 27" Sleeve 22" Shoulder to shoulder 30" Across the bottom 42" Across the bust 37"The turquoise necklace shown in the pictures is not included.
