It was stripped, repainted, buffed & polished. It comes with a gumball wheel so you can sell gumballs for a PENNY. You wonâe(tm)t be making any money , but gaining a lot of GOOD WILL among all of your friends that are taking advantage of your generosity. The inside is SUPER CLEAN and READY-TO-GO . The glass globe is crack free and chip free. The mechanism was taken apart, cleaned, & reassembled for years of trouble free service yet to come. The chrome is EXCELLENT and yes, it is over 40/50 years old and shines like it is new. The decal is NOS. Comes with lock & key so you can retrieve all of your PROFITS???
