This is a 1976 Marcus Kummerow dollhouse VERY RARE Condition is beautiful.So hard to find in this condition .Ready from you to do all the fun stuff .Size 24" tall ... 13" wide .... 13" depth .... Room size average is 51/2 tall .. depth 7" . All wiring is done the rest of the house is unfinished. The railings on the outside are metal. The is a very well made dollhouse comes with all the extras in the photos. May need a window or two cut . Please ask any questions before bidding. Shipping cost will be about $55.00 depending on location,. local pick up is avalible.
