Hello, and welcome to my auction. ***** My goal is to provide you with 5 STAR service ***** ***** 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed ***** I thank you for stopping in to take a closer look at this beautiful, brooch . It is in from an estate sale. Purchased for your consideration to bid. This brooch is, old gold tone metal, with a raised inner working that holds a oval piece of beautifully hand carved Jade. Some may say Jadeite. I am not a gemologist. The metal frame is a delightful display of oldtime craftmanship, with a flair for value. The Jade is gorgeous, and has a delicate look of sophistication. No dragons, or geisha's but definately Oriental. There is nice weight to this piece as well. Measuring 1 1/2 inch the longest way, which is how the pin lays. The clasp is a locking C clasp. There are no flaws. Held up to the light, no cracks, or flares. The metal may polish out to a more gold color, but I shall leave that decision to the new owner. The brooch is older that it first appears to be. The pin tip protudes out farther than the edge of the brooch. A sign of age. All measurements will be given and all flaws will be mentioned to create all of the necessary information needed to know about any item and what, if any, imperfections it has. This should eliminate the need to return any item. In the unlikely event that you want to return an item, I will need to be contacted within 48 hours of the item being delivered and the item will need to be shipped out within 14 business days from that time. The buyer will pay for all return shipping expenses, unless the item is misrepresented, I will pay for the return shipping. I like to give everyone a fair break, however, it seems more and more buyers want to take advantage of the seller. We are only human, and mistakes can be made. However, it is not fair to my honest customers, who may have been out bid on an item, when a winning buyer decides to wear the item for a one time special event (wedding, party, etc.) and then send it back for a refund. I am not a big box store, I am only trying to make a couple extra dollars here. I regret that there may be a need for a restocking fee, however I do not want my customers, or myself to be taken at an advantage!
