My husband found this Vietnamese rice bowl in an underground NVA bunker while serving in the Vietnam War in 1968. It's made from metal enamel with a mottled, blue design on a white background on the outside and a solid white inside. It has a blue ring around the rim. Its diameter is 5" and it is about 2" tall. The metal base is 2" in diameter. It has a bird design resembling a dove stamped on the bottom. It's in relatively good condition for its age, but t is one ding about 3/4" wide on one side. (See lower left of photo). Don't hesitate to send your questions to me. If you want an authentic Southeast Asian souvenir, place your bid now.
