This necklace and earrings set is Vogue Jewelry signed on the earrings (the necklace is unmarked). It's black plastic and lucite and screams the 70's. The earrings are signed but the necklace is not. The clip-on earrings are 1" by 3/4" and the necklace can be worn from 13.5" to 15.5". It's in excellent condition. Everything I sell has a 7 day money back guarantee to insure your satisfaction.
