Vintage W.C.Fields statue or figurine standing 25" tall. Made by World Handicrafts in 1972. We believe this is called chalkware but we are not sure of this. It does not appear right for cement but it still weighs 20 lbs or so. Has some age on it but seems to be in good shape and not broken. Paint looks to be decent.
