This is a vintage metal hanging lantern with a santa plastic globe that has a switch in the back to turn on the blinking light. Works great, blinks every two seconds. There is some wear on the back, as shown. The black paint is worn off of the handle. The lamp is 5" 3/8 in. high. The top twists off to expose the tiny bulb. On the bottom of the metal lamp says in raised lettering, "Made in Hong Kong" "Wales". I believe this is from the 1940's.
