And it says Hitching Post Cheyenne. Great advertising piece--I wonder if that restaurant is still around? I would love to know something about it. No hairlines or chips or problems. This is not dull or the least bit scratched. I bet a diner slipped this into their pocket when it was almost new. Shipping and insurance and tracking is $8.00.
