CONDITION IS GOOD, SOME VERY MINOR CHIPPING ON EDGE OF RINGS ON PEN CAP, (HARDLY VISIBLE WITH NAKED EYE) SEE PHOTO, THE DESIGN FEATURES A FEINT VEIN WITHIN A DARK SLEEVE.
