This is either vintage or antique, not sure of the age of it, it came from the estate of a local Doctor who had a massive collection of medical items. The little box is wooden, 1 3/4" x 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" and is printed Messrs. W. Watson & Son Ltd. 313 High Holborn, London, W.C.I. The box is in great shape, but three of the screws that hold the lid on are missing. The brass case is in great condition, as is the lens. When looking through the lens, there are some spots on the glass, but otherwise it is in good condition. The case lid has 1 /12 engraved on it and the lens itself is inscribed "Para 2/3 in. WW".
