Offered is a lovely vintage Wedgwood (signed) brooch. It has the classic blue background, with a white raised figural scene. The scene depicts three mythological goddesses, attending an offering at an altar or hearth: Aphrodite (goddess of love and beauty) with son Cupid, Hestia (goddess of the hearth), and Diana (the huntress) with a deer. This is a gorgeous classic piece in excellent vintage condition. The back is stamped Wedgwood made in England 70 S. This brooch is encased in a roped gold plated frame with a locking clasp.
