WEDGWOOD CORN POPPY A PAIR OF BOTTLE SHAPE VASES, NO RESERVE. Here we have up for auction a pair of beautiful vases in the stunning Corn poppy pattern which was designed for Wedgwood by the world famous Susie Cooper. The corn poppy pattern is still very sought after despite being completely discontinued in the mid 1980s. The vases are instantly identifiable as Wedgwood/Susie Cooper with their beautiful bold eye catching colours. Each of the vases are marked on the base with Wedgwood and their logo. These vases are in the much rarer and sought after bottle shaped vases, and it is rare to see them up for auction as a pair. Each vase measures approx 12.5cm high. Both the vases are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. these would certainly add the perfect finishing touch to any table setting, especially with the matching tableware, and would make a great addition to any existing Corn poppy collection, or maybe even as a statement piece.
