This item is a set of rare, vintage COWGIRL PIN-UP CARDS .T are 2 full decks (52 cards ea.) with each deck a different girl. Each sethas one cowgirl on the top and regular playing cards on the reverse (see pic). These are not only rare to find together, in their box but all cards & suits are included...imagine pulling these out to show friends and continue to play your favorite card games, poker, etc. with honest to goodness cards that could've been used by real cowboys, early Las Vegas card players, you name it. These are 2 lovely pin-ups. I'm assuming they were painted exclusively for card decks as both have cards and betting chips in the compositions. Both have the vintage cowgirl wear including hats and boots. These are original , used, vintage cards. Some cards have slight wear (folds) and/or slight dirt due to normal usage but nothing extreme (no chips, tears, stains)...all look fine to play or display as a card deck from that time (1940's?) and must've been kept safe in their box when not in use. One ace of spades looks as if it were folded in half (for an ace up the sleeve perhaps?) but sits flat. Both decks come in a decorated box which fits the 2 decks side-by-side.
