Vintage W. E. Richards Scrimshaw Pin 12K GF Bead SettingNantucket Whaling Scene This fine estate Scrimshaw Pin measures 1-1/4" by 1" and is set in a finely beaded 1/20 12K Goldfill Frame. The hand-etched scrimshaw scene depicts a crew in a whaling boat harpooning a whale on the open sea, with a fully rigged ship in the background. Back side. Marked 1/20 / 12K GF and WRE. Express Mail is the only service that offers true tracki ng directly to the buyer's address. First Class has no tracking once it leaves the U.S.; Priority Mail tracks only to the country , not to the actual address.PayPal does not consider this sufficient to prove an item was received, and they hold the seller fully responsible. Even if insured, we are not reimbursed for the shipping charges, and we have lost far too much money from buyers who claim not to have received their items. Items can be delayed for weeks in customs, over which we have no control. The buyer meanwhile gets a full refund, and if and when the item finally arrives, we are never notified. One alternative was for us to stop shipping worldwide, which many sellers have done, but we greatly value our international customers and are reluctant to do this.
