is nickle plated brass with the brass showing through in a few places - Bowers MFG Co. Kkalamazoo Mich - only thing to keep this from working is needs a flint - is about 3 inch long closed - you pull on the bottom ring to open and cause the the cap to rotate away from the wick which the roller and flink lights- the bottom ring is also connected to the screw fill cap on the bottom - will combine shipping - shipping USPS Priority with delivery confirmation is $5 in the US - out of the US is actual cost plus $1.50 for handling- insurance is optional extra and depends on the sale price - check my other auctions as sell coins, collectibles, and antiques-
