This pistol holder appears to hold a long revolver. The characters written on the top edge (hand-written) appear to be Japanese. It's constructed of over-stitched canvas with leather buckle and inside wood (trigger guard?). It measures appx. 9.25'' in overall length, butt end is 3-3/8'' x 2-1/4''. Heavy woven strap for carrying, and heavy leather buckle style closure. Leather isn't dry rotted as badly as expected although t is some cracking - ask for image. no reserve!!.
