Pair of World War II binoculars. 7x50 U.S. Navy BU. Ships. Mark 30 Mod. 0. 1944. Spencer Lens Company. Buffalo, N.Y. One pair has a name etched into it. Appears to read Michael H Potter or Porter and Prak(?) France. Auction is for two binoculars, one case, and two eyepieces as shown in photos. These show plenty of wear with one being rougher than the other. There does seem to be some damage on one of them. Not sure if I am looking at a water bubble or a broken piece of glass or what. Lenses may have fungus or need cleaning. These are in as found condition. May be a simple job for someone who knows what they are looking at and what to do but that person isn't me. Here is your chance to own a wonderful piece of military history.
