VINTAGE WWII Shearling Sheepskin Leather Aviators Coat B-7 AERO Clothing 44RExceptionally nice condition for this style of coat, please read my careful description below.Marked as a size 44R on the label.Type B-7 Spec #3120 Order #42-1000-P Aero Leather Clothing Co Beacon New YorkThis coat came from a GI that was stationed in the Aleutian Islands Alaska. That is all I know, I don't have his name, I did at one time, I lost the info.I am not a clothing seller, to the best of my ability, these are some measurements:Top of the coat(with collar down) to bottom edge of coat is 32".Pit to pit seam-approx 27".Shoulder(from seam intersection to seam intersection) measuring on back side is 21"Shoulder seam to bottom of arm cuff is 26 1/2"Since I am no expert, and produced measurments to the best of my logic in how measurements should be made.There are some black specs on the images shown, those are from my camera lens, they are not on the jacket.Leather is all supple.All Stitching intact, all parts sewn to jacket are in good condition. Hood has a leather buckle, no hole damage or cracking. Buttons are present and are original stitching. Fur trim on the hood is good. There are some small stains on the inside of the hood.One of the arms there has a small leather repair (see pic). The stitched area is 3" by 1". Also one cut spot 3/4" by 1/8" read more
