Vivitar 28mm f2.5 fast wide angle auto diaphragm lens. A quality early 1960s-vintage manual focus lens, in Nikon's standard F mount. Fits all manual focus film Nikon SLRs, most autofocus film Nikon SLRs, plus most digital Nikon DSLRs. Can also be used on many 4/3 and mirrorless digital cameras with the appropriate adapter. This lens was also sold under the "Panagor" brand name.Aperture range f2.5 - f22. Focus infinity to 1 feet (0.3 meter). Accepts 62mm filters. Serial number 22422363.Condition: Excellent. Clean and clear glass. No internal fog nor fungus nor haze. No visible cleaning marks on front or rear element. Diaphragm action is very quick and snappy. No oil on iris blades. Diaphragm adjustment is smooth. Focus adjustment has the proper resistance, and is smooth throughout its range.Cosmetics are Very Good Plus on this lens: Minor wear on the focus and aperture knurls, otherwise very clean.
