So is the head. There is staining on the dolls clothes....especially the areas where the steel clips on the back touch the clothes. The steel clips have rusted over time and stained the clothes. Please take a look at the photos to make a decision on quality. We are not collectors or graders so we dont know the levels or degree of the tightness but try to give us much description as possible.
