Von Schierholz Porcelain Flower Encrusted Compot Centrepiece Pierced bowl with hand painted flowers to inner base and decorated with applied flowers and leaves to the outside. Ornate stem and foot with gilded decoration. 5.75 inches wide and 6.5 inches high fully backstamped Where the bowl meets the stem there is a line of ceramic fixing cement showing, the bowl has possibly been reset to the stem, this is not obvious unless the bowl is turned upside down and does not effect the appearance of the compote. There are some small chips to the leaves and petals otherwise good condition Condition Please note that, unless clearly stated otherwise our listings are for vintage/antique items and therefore, by definition are not going to be in the same condition you would expect from a brand new item.
