It's made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton and is machine washable. This is a button on shirt ruffle that goes right over the existing buttons on any one of your dress shirts making any one of them look like a vintage tuxedo shirt. Use it on a white shirt or any color shirt for a different affect each time. This detachable ruffle piece is approximately 19 inches long and approximately 5 inches wide with button holes running from the top to the bottom approximately 3.5 inches apart.
